First make sure notifications are allowed for ADHD Notes in your browser or phone settings, then check the toggles under Settings, Reminders inside the app. On Android, reminders are most reliable in the app itself rather than the browser. If a specific reminder did not fire, check that the task actually has a reminder time set.
Open the sign-in page and choose the reset option. We will email you a link that lets you set a new password. If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder.
No. Deleted tasks, customers, people, and meetings go to the Trash, where they stay for 30 days before being permanently removed. Open the Trash from the app and restore the item; restoring also reattaches its relationships.
Yes. You can export your data from the app at any time, and we recommend keeping your own backup of anything important while ADHD Notes is in beta.
Visit the delete account page and follow the steps there. Deletion removes your account and its data; it cannot be undone.
