Text messaging
ADHD Notes offers optional self-text capture and reminders. This is a productivity program from Useful Tools LLC, not a marketing list.
Public opt-in proof
This section lets carrier reviewers verify the complete consent experience without signing in. It is an informational copy of the signed-in flow and cannot enroll a phone number or send a text.
- Sign in at adhd-notes.com/sign-in.
- Open Settings, then Email & text capture, and choose the workspace where captures should arrive.
- Review the disclosure below. The checkbox starts unchecked and the continue button stays disabled until the user affirmatively checks it.
- The app then displays a one-time JOIN plus verification code message for the user to send from the phone being verified. No text is sent merely by checking the box.
- After the verified JOIN arrives, ADHD Notes sends the confirmation shown below. Automated task and nudge reminders remain off unless the user separately enables them.
Your verified phone can text thoughts into Remember. SMS is not end to end encrypted, so keep sensitive details in the app.
Reviewer note: this public copy is intentionally noninteractive. In the signed-in screen, checking the box enables the button; the server still rejects the request unless the current disclosure version and affirmative consent are both present.
ADHD Notes by Useful Tools LLC: Connected for recurring self-text replies. Frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel.
By turning on text reminders, you agree to receive recurring automated task and nudge reminder text messages from ADHD Notes. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel.
Text reminders default to off and require a second affirmative confirmation inside the signed-in account.
What you can receive
After you connect your number from inside your signed-in ADHD Notes account and confirm it by texting JOIN, you can text a thought to save it in Remember and receive a requested confirmation. If you separately turn on text reminders, ADHD Notes may send automated task and nudge reminders.
Message frequency varies based on how often you use text capture and the reminders you create. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing or using ADHD Notes.
Your choices
Reply STOP to cancel all ADHD Notes texts. Reply START to resume capture after an opt-out. Reply HELP for help. Turning capture back on does not turn automated reminders back on. You must enable reminders separately in the app.
You can also turn reminders off or disconnect your number in ADHD Notes. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy and security
SMS is not end to end encrypted, so do not text sensitive information. We do not sell your mobile number or share mobile opt-in or consent information with third parties for their marketing. We keep limited consent, suppression, and content-free delivery records to operate the program and honor opt-outs.
