ADHD Notes is in active development. It is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost — please keep your own backups of anything important (you can export your data from the app).
You're responsible for activity under your account and for the content you put into it. Don't use the service for anything unlawful, or to store content you don't have the right to store.
AI features generate suggestions that may be inaccurate or incomplete. Review anything important before relying on it; you're responsible for how you use AI-generated output.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ADHD Notes and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of the service.
